With Cyd

A return to the body.
A moment outside of time.

There is a kind of knowing that arrives when we stop searching for it. When the body is given room to speak, when we are met without expectation, when nothing is asked of us except to arrive.

With Cyd is a practice of ceremonial bodywork and intentional presence — an invitation to soften into the experience of being here, just as you are.

The Offerings

Ways to enter the practice.

Each gathering takes its own shape. Some are intimate and individual; others invite us into the shared experience of a circle. All begin with the same intention: to create space for presence, curiosity, and a deeper relationship with ourselves.

Private Rituals

An individual experience in ceremonial bodywork, created around your intentions and what emerges in the moment.

Each ritual may weave together conversation, intuitive guidance, intentional touch, embodied awareness, movement, and quiet integration. The setting becomes part of the experience: thoughtfully prepared, welcoming, and removed from the pace of everyday life.

These are not standardized sessions. They are personal experiences shaped with care, curiosity, and attention to the individual.

Circles & Retreats

There is something meaningful about making space together.

Circles and retreats are invitations to gather beyond the pace and expectations of everyday life. Through shared ritual, movement, breathwork with collaborating facilitators, reflection, and intentional rest, we create room for connection with ourselves and one another.

From intimate women's circles to thoughtfully curated retreat experiences, each gathering is shaped around the people, the setting, and the intention behind coming together.

The Philosophy

There is nowhere else to be.

We spend so much of our lives moving toward the next thing. Becoming, tending, holding, carrying. Sometimes we need a space where we can lay some of that down.

Through intentional touch, intuitive guidance, movement, and ritual, each experience creates room to listen inwardly, explore what is present, and reconnect with yourself in your own time.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about making space to meet yourself where you are.

The Practice

A practice of presence.

Ceremonial bodywork is an invitation to experience the body with curiosity, care, and intention.

Each ritual draws from a living collection of practices, including intentional touch, intuitive guidance, embodied awareness, movement, reflection, and moments of stillness. Rather than following a rigid sequence, the experience unfolds in conversation with the person and what feels meaningful in the moment.

Intentional Touch
Consensual, attentive presence through the hands.
Intuitive Guidance
Listening, and following what is present.
Embodied Awareness
Returning attention to the body, gently.
Movement
Inviting the body to soften and respond.
Reflection
Space to notice, and to integrate.
Stillness
Moments of quiet, with nothing to do.

The intention is to create a thoughtful space where you can slow down, feel, reflect, and simply be.

The Experience

An experience, rather than a service.

No two experiences are quite alike.

Before we meet, there is space to share your intentions, preferences, and anything you'd like me to know. From there, I thoughtfully prepare the setting and draw from the practices that feel appropriate for you.

Some experiences may include conversation and intuitive reflection. Others may move into stillness, intentional touch, gentle movement, or moments of quiet integration.

You remain an active participant throughout. Your boundaries, comfort, and choices matter, and every element is optional.

There is no performance required, nothing you need to achieve, and no particular way you are expected to feel.

About Cyd

The person behind the practice.

I did not arrive at this work through a single path. It grew from a lifetime of paying attention — to the body, to the quiet places in myself, to the way we soften when we are simply met.

My foundation is a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Goa, and years of teaching hatha and restorative yoga. Alongside that, I have sat with people in intimate breathwork gatherings, and offered supportive presence and touch in moments that asked for little more than someone steady to be near.

With Cyd is the shape all of this has taken — a practice of ceremonial bodywork and intentional presence, rooted in what I have lived and continue to learn.

An Invitation to Collaborate

Bring the practice into your space.

With Cyd is a practice that can take shape in many settings — from intimate private sanctuaries to women's retreats and thoughtfully curated hospitality experiences.

I welcome conversations with retreat hosts, facilitators, and hospitality partners who share an appreciation for intentional experiences and meaningful care.

Whether you are imagining a gathering for your community or an additional experience for your guests, I'd love to explore what we might create together.

You are welcome here.

Come as you are. There is nothing you need to become before you arrive.
